Multiple categories not displaying in list view

Summary

When multiple categories are assigned to an item, only one category is visible in the folder list view.

Solution

To view all assigned categories for items in the list view, you can adjust the row height setting.

Steps to Adjust Row Height:

1. In the list view, find the Row Height icon (three horizontal lines with an up and down arrow, located between the gear and filter icons).
2. Click the Row Height icon.
3. Choose either Medium or Extended.

This will adjust the row height, making all assigned categories visible for each item.

Cause

This behavior is functioning as expected according to the current design.
