Summary
When installing Jama Connect® in an air-gapped environment, the installation files have different names.
The instructions in the user guide refer to missing files and do not mention the downloaded files. Are these the correct files?
Solution
You may have downloaded the wrong bundles. This happens often. Fortunately, you will need to return to the Airgap download portal and verify that you have downloaded the 'Embedded Cluster' installation bundles.
This is the wrong set of downloads.
These are the right set of downloads.
The 'Bring Your Own' cluster installation is not currently used by Jama Software®. The filenames in the 'Embedded Cluster' bundles will match the names in the User Guide and the instructions.
