Summary: 

Sometimes, changes are made to a user in Active Directory that breaks the 'sync' with Jama Connect. At this point, Jama is unable to 'see' the user in Active Directory and an admin is unable to make changes to the user in Jama.

Solution:

  1. Reach out to Jama Support and reference this article. A support engineer will be able to assist you with the required solution.
