Summary

You followed the instructions in Configure the User Import Plugin and completed the custom plugin import configuration.

When attempting to run the user import, you cannot select a destination and therefore cannot complete the import process.

Resolution

If the only visible containers are Components, expand a Component and select a lower-level location within the project content, such as a folder or set.

The import wizard requires a selectable project-content destination before you can continue. However, the selected location does not affect where the users are imported. User imports are not project- or location-specific; the destination is required only to complete the import workflow.

After selecting a lower-level project-content location, proceed with the import as usual.
