Summary

In some cases, a firewall exception may need to be configured to allow communication from Jama Connect Interchange™ Cloud to a customer-managed Jira Data Center instance.

Resolution

If a firewall is in place between your environment and Jama Connect Interchange™ Cloud, please allow traffic from the IP address associated with your hosting region.

If you are unsure which region your Jama Connect Interchange™ Cloud instance is hosted in, please create a Support ticket. Our Support team will be happy to confirm your hosting region.

Once the appropriate firewall exception has been added, please verify connectivity. If you continue to experience issues, contact Jama Software Support for further assistance.
