Adding certificates to the "Trusted Certificates" list for Jama Connect®

Summary

Some systems require Jama Connect to hold a CA certificate for connection to services such as LDAPS, SMTP, and databases that are hosted on other servers. 

Resolution

1. Add the server certificate to the "Trusted Certificates" Field in the Replicated admin console.
2. Restart/Redeploy the Jama Connect application.

You can append the certificate to any existing trusted certificates if they are PEM formatted.
