Summary: 

When reusing folders of items, sometimes these items do not appear in the explorer tree, even after changing the project's settings to view more items or refreshing it using the cache and project cleanup.

Solution:

Performing a reindex will resolve the issue of the folder not appearing in the explorer. Please note that this will not impact existing data. Here are the simple steps to do it:

Full-Reindex (All Projects through the Jama Admin Console - Root Menu)

Log into your Jama Admin Console, click the Index/Search tab, click Index Items, and finally Yes. An advertisement will pop up a small windows advising the time will take to complete the task.
