Unable to view/find the "Generate Word Template Reference Guide" link/button

Summary

The "Generate Word Template Reference Guide" is not visible in its expected location.

Resolution

After clicking on Export > All Export options will have to first click on the "Upload a template" region in the top left-hand corner:

 

After doing so, the "Generate Word Template Reference Guide" will appears at the top right:

Click this button to download the template reference guide.
