Upon first login to Jama Connect Interchange™ (JCI), some project information from Jama Connect® may not render correctly on certain rows.
This is a display issue only and does not impact synchronization or integration functionality.
This issue is purely visual/display related in the JCI interface.Integration and data synchronization remain unaffected.
Resolution
Step 1: Refresh the Page
- If project information does not display correctly, simply refresh the page in your browser. The data should render properly.
Step 2: Access and Credentials
- JCI is accessed via a separate webpage.
- The URL and login credentials are provided at the time of purchase.
- If needed, your Licensing team can resend access information.
Step 3: Training and Onboarding
- Your purchase of Jama Connect Interchange™ includes training and onboarding with a Jama Solutions Consultant.
- To schedule training, submit a Requested Solutions Offering.
