Can attachments for items be included in a Velocity report?

Solution

hyperlink included in the report. When clicked, this hyperlink will open the browser and allow the user to download the attachment directly from Jama. Users must have access to Jama to use this feature.

A custom API script can be developed to automate the export of files attached to items, tailored to your specific business needs. Please get in touch with your Jama Software Customer Success Manager to discuss the scope of a custom API script that will fulfill your export requirements.

Cause

Velocity can retrieve information about item attachments but cannot export them themselves.
