Enable/Disable Individual Field Mapping Groups for Syncing (Jira, Excel Functions)

For Jira or Excel Functions integrations that include multiple field mapping groups, you can now select individual groups to enable or disable for syncing. For example, suppose your integration includes two mapping groups, one for syncing Requirements and another for syncing Defects. In that case, you can enable syncing for the Requirements group only and leave the Defects group disabled.

This option provides more flexibility when configuring a new integration or troubleshooting errors with an existing integration because you can allow items for one group to actively sync. In contrast, another group remains temporarily deactivated to allow for further testing or configuration.

Select the new ON/OFF toggle on the Field Mapping page to enable or disable a field mapping group for syncing. The number of groups enabled or disabled is automatically updated in the page footer.

Enhanced Logging for Imports (ReqIF)

The log messages for ReqIF imports now include clearer details about imported sets (also known as specifications). The "Import Complete" log message, displayed when an import job has been completed successfully, now includes counts for the number of sets created, updated, or failed.

The Logs page now shows a dedicated message as each new set is created and the corresponding specification ID from the ReqIF file. This allows you to verify the import of each specification in the file. In addition, for long-running imports, you can more easily track the overall progress of the import because you can see when the import of the next specification begins.
