Essential Success Program Customers - Key Actions and Recommendations

You are allocated six (6) credits per year for professional, technical, or benchmarking assessment services. Key Actions and Recommendations for the Essentials Success Program. 

Required Action Items:

  1. Register up to four (4) Named Support Contacts. Named Support Contacts Explained. NSCs will be the point of contact for technical support. We recommend your Implementation Lead, Organization Administrator, and an IT administrator if applicable.
  2. How do I create a support portal account?

Recommended Action Items:

  1. Confirm your login to your Jama Connect® instance.
  2. Consider registering for a Jama Connect® Organization Administrator training.
  3. Request a Solution or Training Offering from the Success Catalogue form to request Organization Administrator training.
  4. Register for the Jama Software® User Community, which offers valuable information, best practices articles, education resources, and product updates.
  5. Bookmark the Onboarding Jama Connect resource page on the Community Site to access the provided links and resources easily.
