How do I rename a component in JAMA?

In this article, you will find the steps to change the name of a component in Jama Connect.

Solution:

1. First, you need to go to ADMIN>Organization>Item Types>Select the component you want to change the name of, then click on Edit

2. The tab for the item for which we want to change the name will pop open. We need to change the following fields:

*Display

*Display plural

If we want a description, we can set it up over there.

*Type Key
