Summary:
A user may spend extended periods using Jama Connect®, and you may find the need as an Administrator to force a user to log out so others can sign in, especially when they have a Float license.
Solution:
Jama Connect® currently does not have the option to force log-out users while they're in an active session. The user would need to log out or have the active session timeout so the Float license becomes available for another user to log in.

Hello.
I have some questions:
1. When you wrote active session timeout, does it mean that the time is calculated from the opening of the session and what ever you do, you will be logged out automatically after the timeout ? Or that the time is calculated from the last save during the session ?
2. If I use Chrome and when I finish with JAMA, I close Chrome window of my JAMA, is it enough to make the float license I used available directly for other users ? Or should I click on Log out to make it available directly for other users ?
