Important: Password Change Required for returning members to access the New Community Site

We're excited to announce the launch of our new Community site on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, which comes with enhanced features and a more seamless user experience. The launch is scheduled for after 9:00 AM PST.

Once the site launches, Returning members must update their password to access the new community site. This is an important step that needs to be taken for security reasons. We appreciate your cooperation.

Emails are currently turned off until we complete the maintenance window. The launch of the new website is scheduled for after 9:00 AM PST. 

 

To change your password and gain access to the new Community site, please follow these steps:

  • You will receive the following message: You need to reset your password. If you are a returning member logging into the new Jama Software community for the first time, please click here to reset your password.

  • Enter the email address associated with your community account. This will be your company email address. 

  • Security Check.

  • Once your password is reset, log in to the new Community site using your updated credentials.

This password change is mandatory to access the new Community site. If you encounter any issues or need help resetting your password, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
