Options for Jama Software® Customers

The registration process starts when you do one of the following:

Registering and signing into your Jama Software® Support instance allows you to do the following:

  • Submit tickets in our help center if you are a Named Support Contact between your company and Jama Software® 
  • Track your tickets in our help center
  • Access our knowledgebase articles
  • Comment on knowledgebase articles
  • Update your user profile and add additional requests
