Options for Jama Software® Customers
The registration process starts when you do one of the following:
- Visit the Jama Software® help center and click Submit a request
- Visit the Jama Software® help center, click Sign in for the first time, and then Sign up
- Sends an email support request to your support email address for the first time
Important Note: After signing up, users receive a welcome email message that prompts them to verify their email address and create a password to sign in to Zendesk.
Registering and signing into your Jama Software® Support instance allows you to do the following:
- Submit tickets in our help center if you are a Named Support Contact between your company and Jama Software®
- Track your tickets in our help center
- Access our knowledgebase articles
- Comment on knowledgebase articles
- Update your user profile and add additional requests
