Summary: In Jama, we now have the provision to add multiple dashboards. When you add a new dashboard and add the relevant filters to it, it gets created. However, as soon as you edit the dashboard's name just after creation, the filters underneath disappear, and basically, the dashboard is reset. This is a known issue being filed in our internal tracking system.

Workaround:

  1. On creating a new dashboard, after adding filters and other info to it, click Save
  2. Please don't try to edit the name of the dashboard right now.
  3. If you need to edit the name of the concerned dashboard, you can first go ahead and switch to the default dashboard, if you don't mind.
  4. Once you have loaded the default dashboard, switch back to the concerned dashboard.
  5. You should now be able to rename the dashboard without losing its contents.
