Environmental details: Jama Connect® Cloud and Self-Hosted
Summary:
Depending on the organization's Maintenance and Support Services Agreement with Jama Software®, you may perform changes to your Named Support Contact list as long as you're an active NSC user on the list and it falls under the following number of allowable NSCs allotted to a customer:
-
Legacy/Perpetual: up to 2 NSCs
-
Enterprise License Subscription: up to 4 NSCs
-
Premium: up to 6 NSCs
Solution:
- Submit a Support Named Support Contact (NSC) Update Request.
- Could you specify the update you need and provide the name(s) and email(s) of the user(s) that will be added, removed, or modified?
Please note that if your organization has already reached the maximum number of NSCs allowed, kindly provide us with the name of one of the current NSCs that needs to be removed from the list. This is necessary to accommodate any new members who need to be added to the list.
