Widgets in Single Item View showing as greyed-out or disabled

Summary:

This article will help us understand the reasons why widgets show disabled or greyed out. You will need to have Org. Admin permissions to perform the following steps. These changes affect all projects globally that are using this specific item.

Solution:

Go to Admin tab > Organization tab > Item Type > 'select the item' > Edit, and finally move the greyed-out widget from the Inactive widgets to the Active widgets column and save it.
