Why is the Review's Stats showing as 0% and "Finished"?

Summary:

This article will explain the reasons why a review showed no progress in its percentage but finished at the same time.

Solution:

1. The invited user gets into the review. In this special case, the participant will be configured to have a reviewer role.

2. The reviewer missed completing all the items' approval, however, he finished the review by clicking the Complete Review button.

3. The moderator checks the review Stats and notices that this user shows 0% but Finished.

Cause: All the items in the review without approval.

Prevention: Make sure your participants approve all the items in the review, to get 100% progress in the Stats.
