Summary:
This article will explain the reason why the "Review" option shows up as disabled or while hovering says "You do not have access to this review" in the Version widget.
Solution:
The following steps are only for the Org. Admin can restore/recover the review that was deleted.
Go to Reviews > All Reviews > Filter By > Deleted > find the deleted review > click the green Recover button in the Actions column > select the status.
