Problem/Summary:
In the 'Project admin' view, when editing a project's details, there are no values in the 'Status' field. This default field corresponds to the 'Project Status' pick list.
Cause:
The 'Project Status' picklist had been deleted/deactivated.
e.g.
statusId | option_name | option_active | lookupTypeId | picklist_name | picklist_active | count(statusId) |
156421 | Active | F | 89046 | Project Status | F | 85 |
Solution:
This issue requires direct database manipulation. Please contact Jama Support and reference this article for assistance.
Prevention:
Do not delete the 'Project Status' picklist.
The description for this pick list is "Required for project settings, do not remove."
