Finding a specific page in a PDF attached to support knowledge articles is a different user experience than accessing these resources from the in-product Help button. This article provides a simple method for guiding readers to the page they need in our new PDFs.
Step-by-Step Guide:

Locate the PDF:
- Obtain the link to PDF, which is attached to related knowledge base articles. For example, the Jama Connect® 9.6 User Guide can be connected to this KB article.

Identify the Desired Section or page in the attached PDF:
- Please look at the table of contents in the user guide to find the specific section you need. For instance, if you need the installation instructions, you can find the corresponding page number, such as page 440.

Modify the Link:
- Add “#page=“ to the end of the link, followed by the page number. For directing a user to page 438, the modified link would be:
