Introducing Industry-Leading Auth0 for Frictionless Single Sign-On (SSO)

Jama Software is partnering with Auth0 to provide seamless enterprise integration with our cloud customers' authentication and authorization management systems.

With Auth0, authentication and identity management occur within our client’s systems, allowing Jama Connect to be easily and securely woven into a your critical enterprise systems. Because of our partnership with Auth0, Jama Connect can integrate with multiple identity providers, including Active Directory/LDAP, Ping, Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, Open ID Connect, Google Workspace, and many more.

For Jama Connect cloud customers currently using SAML for authentication, this change requires setup and transition from the current configuration. This process is straightforward and can be coordinated with Jama Software Customer Support.  This is NOT a breaking change with the 8.70 release; however, we ask that all current cloud SAML customers coordinate this with our support team before April 30, 2022.  For more information, please see this data sheet.

Important: This change does not affect authentication via the API (for example, OAuth) or self-hosted customers.
