Summary: This article aims to provide guidance on the process for users (internal, external, and prospective customers of Jama Connect®) to create an account for the Jama Software User Community.
Register for a Jama Software Community user account using the following steps --
1. Navigate to https://community.jamasoftware.com, then click on the orange Sign In or Join button on the upper-right of the homepage --
2. Choose the New User/Register Now link on the page that populates --
3. Fill out the form that follows using your employer-provided email address for the email, and click on Create Account --
4. Once your account is created, you'll receive an email with a unique link to activate your account; click on that link, then sign in.
