Planview Tasktop Hub Customers
Visit the Planview (formerly known as Tasktop) Customer Care Center for support-related inquiries.
Any Planview Tasktop licensing questions should be directed to your Jama Software Customer Success Manager.
OpsHub Customers
Contact OpsHub directly via the ServiceNow Portal; if you do not have this information, please contact the Jama Customer Support team.

Planview Tasktop Hub
For Planview Tasktop Hub (Self-Hosted) Licensed Customers
A Planview Tasktop account must be created by the customer to access product downloads and premium content.
Premium content includes a list of available connections with the Planview Tasktop Hub license provided by Jama Software, along with training and other helpful documentation.
Customers who already have an existing Planview Tasktop account that may need a specific version of their TIH license made available to them for an upgrade should contact Planview Customer Care for assistance.
