We here at Jama value customer service above any thing else. Our goal is to solve your issues as quickly as possible. Once you submit a support ticket either via email or directly here we will review it within one hour (during business hours). Once reviewed we will work with you to determine severity and next actions. In either case we will comment on the ticket to keep you up to date.
Contour Upgrade Tip: Contour indexes data to improve performance. Before upgrading, it's recommended you delete the entire "Search" directory within your existing Contour home directory. This should be done while the Contour application server (e.g. Tomcat) is shut down. This will ensure a clean new index during startup.

Some users have reported trouble with logging into the support portal (ZenDesk).
If you cannot use the verify e-mail, please click on "Login" at the top right, type in your e-mail without a password and click "Login". You will now be presented with the option to send another verification e-mail. Please click this to get another verification e-mail.
If you have verified, but your password is not working, click on "Help! I don't know what to put here" to send a password reset e-mail.
