Got a problem? Here are some things to try first.

For any support ticket there are a few common and helpful steps worth trying first before entering a ticket.

  1. Refresh: Either the individual section using this icon -- 2013-04-08_1342.png  or Refresh the browser (F5)
  2. Clear cache and then refresh: Firefox (Tools --- Clear recent history --- cache), IE7 (Tools --- Delete Browsing History --- Temporary Internet Files)

Did none of the above work? Send us a ticket with one or more of the following information.

  1. Your steps taken prior to the problem
  2. A screen shot is always helpful
  3. The contour.log (if you have access, if not you can contact your admin for the log file, located in tomcat\logs\contour)
