Critical	Ready for development	BUG-928 Issues with indexing getting out-of-sync Some users have experienced issues with the indexing getting out-of-sync and they need to manually re-index. Sometimes a clean re-index is required to fix the issue. Critical	Approved for Development	BUG-1212 Explorer Set nodes sometimes take 20+ seconds to expand Steps to reproduce (This issue is intermittent) 1. Open Contour and ensure the Explorer tab is visible 2. Click the + icon to expand a Set 3. The Set should expand quickly (<2 seconds) however on occasion will take >20 seconds. High	Ready for Analysis	BUG-958 Timezone Support within Contour Enable users to configure their local time zone and adjust for differential from server time zone. In addition, this enhancement should also work for reports.
High	For Review Meeting	BUG-1216 Item Id - when set to editable the system overwrites value on creation of new Item Configure Project -> Settings -> Make Item Id editable. Create a new Item. Enter in a custom Item Id, Save and Commit. Check the read only version and notice that the default Item Id created by the system has been used. Edit the Item and update the Item Id again and Save. Check the read only version and notice that your Item Id has persisted. The issue appears to be around the database's need for a value and the need to update the insert such that is can take a value vs. always inserting. High	Analysis in Progress	BUG-1203 Research impact of using wildcards at the beginning of search criteria Currently Lucene (Contour's embedded search engine) does not support using wild cards at the beginning of a string search. High	New	BUG-1244 Disabled user's subscriptions shown on Commit screen Currently disabled users will show as subscribed on the Commit dialog if they had a subscription to the Item prior to being disabled. Medium	Ready for Analysis	BUG-1135 Analysis: Large BIRT reports to Word are saved prior to completion When user has a large report or one with a lot of images it appears as though the file is saved and opened prior to it being completed. No definite steps to recreate, will attempt to get data from client. Attached a sample file that is a Word 2003 XML. Reviewing the file shows that it ends mid-word. Medium	Approved for Development	BUG-1013 Removed ability to print or export the results of impact analysis The ability to print from the impact analysis dialog was available in 2.6 and then removed in 2.8 when the the method for providing the behavior was discovered to be security risk. Medium	To be Verified	BUG-1234 Web services update appears to affect online users While doing a submission of ~200 items via the Web Services API, another person (in a different geographic location) was doing live edits to unrelated items. Only the edits done prior to the start of the automated submission were captured by the system; the rest of his edits were lost. The evententry table shows his login, his first edit, and then the flood of API submissions. No other edit activity is shown by the online user. High	Approved for Development	BUG-1271 Filters - Multi-select option displays with default set on Add/Edit filters Item Types that contain a multi-select field will use the configured picklist default value in the filter the first time the filter is edited after adding the new field or when adding a new filter. Create a new filter and save. Edit the Item Type and add a new multi-select field. Update the default value for the pick list used in the new field. Return to the project and check the filter. It should work correctly. Edit the filter and click on Apply. Should have different results. Scroll down and see that the new multi-select field is pre-populated with the pick list default value. It has size of 0kb. seems to happen only on contourhosted. it is a server wide issue. gif's worked once upon a time.
Low	New	BUG-1242 Admins cannot unlock Folders from Show Locked Items view Org Admins have the ability to unlock any Item within an organization by click on My Profile -> Show Locked Items -> Show All Locked Items. Currently users can lock Folders but they do not show up in the Locked Items list.

Low	Ready for Analysis	BUG-896 Automate the outline numbering / global sorting routine Currently the process of resorting or updating the outline numbering and global sort order is performed manually. When new items are added to a set, they will have several values (in the database) that are null until the "update headings" button or a report that calls this routine is run. It would be beneficial to have Contour handle the sorting and reordering automatically with new items assigned values corresponding to their location. Low	Approved for Development	BUG-1252 Item Relationships Default Settings Front-End Cache Issue (#696) On the default relate settings popup on the relationships tab of an item, changing values and clicking "Close" saves the changes, but only on the front end. That is, if you change the default from Downstream to Upstream, and click "Close", then relate an item, it will still be Downstream. If you open the panel back up, Upstream is still checked.
