Some users have reported trouble with logging into the support portal (ZenDesk).
If you cannot use the verify e-mail, please click on "Login" at the top right, type in your e-mail without a password and click "Login". You will now be presented with the option to send another verification e-mail. Please click this to get another verification e-mail.
If you have verified, but your password is not working, click on "Help! I don't know what to put here" to send a password reset e-mail.
