We're using Contour v2.9.5
Providing a way to have a lookup list that is actually an "Item in a set" is a very nice feature. Allowing the selection to be a folder item (if the set has folders) is also a very nice feature.
The feature request is to change the method of selection to have the same functionality as the Explorer view, so that it is possible to either select a folder or to click on the '+' next to the folder to expand the items within the folder so that it is possible to select an item within the folder. Currently the view shows all items in a "flat" structure, with the folders and items all listed in one big list. Double-clicking a folder makes the folder the selection rather than opening the folder to show what is inside of it.
In our case, we have a large list of items (over 100) we want to have users select from. In order to make selection easier, we have grouped the items within folders. Unfortunately, doing so has paradoxically made it more difficult to select items because of the way the "Item in a type" selector works.
Thanks!
